ON THE OTHER HAND - a poetry event as part of 48 Hours Neukölln

Join Katarina Gotic (@katarina.gotic) and thirteen other Berlin-based poets for an experiment in relay-reading on the 48 Hours Neukölln theme of borders. The afternoon unfolds as a spatial choreography of voices, dispersed across transitional zones within the venue. Each voice enters as a continuation, carrying forward an element from the previous reading: a word, image, rhythm, gesture, mistranslation, or echo.

Readings begin at 4pm sharp. Come early to watch the sound-video poem installation by Katarina Gotic and Vince Damiani in our back room, and peruse our curated shelf on the festival theme, ‘OUT/SIDE/IN’, which brings together books and zines about borders, belonging, and the in-between.
